Since 3 years, Jenneken Aarssen works for ECF as Project Manager of the Tandem programmes. Tandem is a cultural collaboration programme that strengthens civil society in Europe and neighbouring regions. As an alumni of one of these Tandem programmes, Jenneken experienced the challenges and benefits of European collaboration herself. Now working for the programme as Project Manager, Jenneken is used to support participants to overcome the challenges within new established collaborations and how to come up with project ideas to work on. In a previous life, Jenneken worked as a producer for cultural events and festivals and mentor of creative youth.
