We are a small association of dialogue facilitators supported by a growing community that has formed around our events. We ask ourselves, how to move away from the perspective of problems and solutions, and bring people together in order to find questions together, and how to support self-awareness and self-transformation within a group, leading to greater collective awareness in a limited amount of time.
Together we arrived at a unique and versatile methodology based on several techniques (social sciences: Theory U, Dialogue, psychology: facilitation techniques, awareness practices, art: dance, contact improvisation, singing).
We are dedicated to design and hold transformative dialogue processes for groups that address the underlying reasons why challenging societal, economic and political problems have not been solved yet.
In the last two years, we have held over 38 dialogue evenings in 5 cantons on 5 topics with over 100 participants. We also conducted 6 one-day dialogue workshops and a five-month training course in dialogue facilitation with a group of 18 people. We hold monthly community dialogue evenings that support everyone who is interested in practicing and growing their skills in preparing groups and communities for dialogue. As a response to the COVID-19 crisis we are holding weekly dialogue evenings that are free of charge and open to the general public.
