Solidarity Europe is one that is aware and sensitive to differences and power relations with other territories. Who receives and has multicultural policies. That ensures that there is no racism, discrimination based on gender identities or sexual orientation; and that respects and values knowledge from other continents.

It is important for cultural managers and activists to make these power relations visible, to manage our projects with ethics and to educate ourselves in such a way that we have the tools to contribute to a more equitable and united Europe.

It is extremely important to share these ideas, knowledge and strategies with people who have the same objectives and promote networks, always keeping diversity in mind.
